Please read the following terms & condition carefully before registering with The Olympus Chess Academy.

1. Admission Policy: Admission to Olympus Chess Academy is granted at the sole discretion of the management.
2. Course Fee: The full course fee must be paid in advance before the commencement of classes. Fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Class Schedule Adjustments: In the event of scheduled holidays, classes will be conducted on the next working day.
4. Missed Classes: Students missing classes for any reason will not be eligible for makeup sessions or compensation. It is the student’s responsibility to review session recordings and relevant online materials to stay updated.
5. Delayed Class Start: If a class begins later than scheduled, the session duration will be extended accordingly to complete the planned curriculum.
6. Batch Allocation: If a student’s preferred class timing is unavailable, they will be placed on a waiting list and informed once a suitable batch opens.
7. Eligibility: There is no fixed minimum age for enrollment. Students from various age groups and academic levels may be placed in the same batch.
8. Media & Content Rights: All photos, videos, and games recorded during classes, tournaments, or academy events remain the intellectual property of Olympus Chess Academy. We reserve the right to use such material for educational or promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability: Olympus Chess Academy shall not be held liable for any loss or damage—direct, indirect, or consequential—arising from participation in our classes, events, tournaments, use of our website, or academy-related products and services.
